General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Version effective as of July 3, 2026. 1. Publisher and purpose These terms and conditions of sale govern subscriptions to the OnePlaceAI platform (the Service), published by APPS VELOCITY SAS, share capital of EUR 10,000, Paris Trade Register (RCS) 798 311 833, registered office: 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@appsvelocity.com. 2. Service OnePlaceAI is a SaaS content creation platform: blogs and SEO articles, podcasts (hosting, RSS feed, distribution), newsletters and subscribers, social media, courses, media library and AI-generated visuals, editorial calendar and Google Drive sync, depending on the subscribed plan. The subscription covers access to the creation studio, per team. The Client's public sites, readers, subscribers and revenues are never billed by OnePlaceAI. 3. Account and free trial Account creation is free and requires email verification. Every new team benefits from a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, access is suspended unless a paid subscription is taken out. 4. Plans and prices Two paid plans, per team: Pro (EUR 49 per month or EUR 490 per year) and Studio (EUR 149 per month or EUR 1,490 per year). Prices are in euros, exclusive of taxes; applicable VAT is added at payment. Quotas (members, brands) and included modules are detailed on the website and in the console. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of subscription; any price change will be notified and will apply from the next renewal. 5. Payment and renewal Payment is made by credit card through our payment provider Stripe, upon subscription and then at each due date (monthly or yearly) by tacit renewal. Only the team owner can subscribe to, change or cancel the subscription. In the event of payment failure, access to the studio may be suspended after notification. 6. Artificial intelligence (BYOK) AI features rely on the OpenRouter API key provided by the Client (Bring Your Own Key). AI token costs are paid by the Client directly to their provider, with no margin for OnePlaceAI. The Client remains responsible for their key and its use. 7. Cancellation The Client may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach (unpaid amounts, fraud, unlawful use). 8. Right of withdrawal The Service is primarily intended for professionals. If the Client is a consumer, they have a 14-day withdrawal period; by requesting immediate access to the Service, they consent to its immediate performance and the right of withdrawal applies under the conditions of articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. 9. Intellectual property The platform remains the exclusive property of APPS VELOCITY SAS. Content created or imported by the Client (text, audio, images) remains the Client's property; the Client warrants that they hold the necessary rights. 10. Personal data Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the provision, billing and support of the Service. See the Legal Notice for how to exercise your rights. 11. Liability The Provider supplies the Service with due care (best-efforts obligation). Its total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client over the last 12 months. It is not liable for indirect damages or for content published by the Client. 12. Governing law These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, the reference language being French.
